Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive planning and execution of integrated GTM campaigns, translating business objectives into clear campaign plans that include objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and success metrics.
- Own campaign project management by establishing detailed plans, key milestones, roles/responsibilities, and timelines to ensure coordinated and on‑time delivery.
- Collaborate with the Advisory and Alliance Marketing Lead to intake strategies, clarify requirements, and ensure ongoing alignment throughout campaign execution.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration among service lines, industries, field marketing, brand, content, digital, PR/comms, and alliances, managing dependencies, aligning priorities, and removing obstacles.
- Drive cohesive, multi‑channel execution across email, web, content, social, paid media, events, and nurture programs to create impactful campaign experiences.
- Ensure consistent and high‑quality messaging and assets that align with firm narratives and, as applicable, alliance partner guidelines.
- Support executive and alliance activation initiatives by coordinating the development of messaging, thought leadership, and activation toolkits for various channels.
- Maintain disciplined execution through diligent status tracking, effective stakeholder communication, risk management, and thorough documentation of decisions and deliverables.
- Develop and implement repeatable campaign frameworks and playbooks to enhance speed, scalability, and consistency in GTM execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including engagement levels, meeting generation, and pipeline influence, while driving continuous optimization.
- Utilize AI‑enabled tools and workflows to enhance efficiency in planning, content development, and performance reporting.

Required Experience & Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6‑8+ years of B2B marketing experience in complex, matrixed environments (experience in professional services is preferred).
- Proven track record in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project/program management skills, adept at balancing multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with alliance or partner marketing initiatives (e.g., co‑branded campaigns) is a plus.
- Ability to translate business strategies into actionable marketing plans and deliverables.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of providing clear updates and driving alignment.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting performance metrics (e.g., engagement, pipeline, ROI).
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality execution in fast‑paced environments.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content development, and reporting is strongly preferred.
Salary
- Chicago, IL; Downers Grove, IL; Cleveland, OH; Minneapolis, MN; Reno, NV; Baltimore, MD: $104,000 – $156,000 per year.
- Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Edison, NJ; New York, NY; Melville, NY: $112,300 – $168,500 per year.
