Role Summary / Purpose
SkyBlue Cinematix is looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to lead media‑led brand integrations for films. The AGM – Media Sales, Planning & Buying will conceptualize and pitch 360° media solutions to corporate brands and agencies, drive partnerships, and ensure seamless execution of approved media plans across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create integrated 360‑degree media plans for brands around films and entertainment properties, incorporating OOH, DOOH, Programmatic, TV, Radio, Print, Digital, and on‑ground activations.
- Conceptualize and present integrated brand partnership opportunities to leading corporate brands, tailoring proposals to align with marketing objectives and drive revenue.
- Identify, engage, and onboard corporate brands and media agencies for film collaborations and integrations.
- Build and nurture relationships with CMOs, brand teams, and agency stakeholders.
- Lead media buying efforts, negotiate with vendors and platforms for optimal rates and placements, and ensure cost efficiency and maximum reach.
- Own end‑to‑end execution of approved media plans, coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance; provide post‑campaign analysis and insights.
- Track performance metrics, optimize ongoing campaigns based on data and market trends.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Media Sales, Media Planning, and Buying.
- Strong exposure to integrated 360° media campaigns.
- Experience working with brands, media agencies, or the entertainment/media industry preferred.
- Proven ability to pitch and close high‑value deals.
- Strong network across media platforms and vendors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop robust, ROI‑driven 360° media plans that integrate:
- Television

- Digital & Social Media
- Influencer Marketing
- On‑ground activations and experiential marketing

- Lead media buying efforts across platforms ensuring cost efficiency and maximum reach.
