Digital Project Manager

Robert Half's agency client is seeking a client‑facing Digital Project Manager to support pharmaceutical and med-ed accounts at an agency.

This role is a mix of Project Management & Account Management responsibilities.

Start: ASAP

Type: 6‑month contract with potential to convert to perm

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects including interactive tools, mobile experiences, and multimedia assets
• Account management responsibilities
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality work for pharma and medical education clients
• Track timelines, scope, and deliverables using Monday.com
• Support and manage projects within Veeva
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations

Requirements

• Client‑facing project management experience
• Pharma agency experience required (agency side only)
• Veeva experience required
• Experience managing digital, mobile, or multimedia projects
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly range for this position is W2 $36.50--$40/hr should the position convert to staff. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
