Role Description

As a MuleSoft Integration Architect, you will lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise integration solutions that connect federal agency systems at scale. This is a client-facing, hands-on leadership role where you will drive architectural decisions, establish best practices, and mentor development teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Experience & Certification

• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft
• MuleSoft Architect Certification required
• Demonstrated expertise in MuleSoft SaaS platform administration and API design
• SAP integration experience required
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 8–10 years of experience, or Master’s degree + 6–8 years of experience

Technical Skills

• MuleSoft integration architecture & API lifecycle management
• CI/CD pipeline design and automation
• Enterprise architecture patterns and integration best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with mixed technical/non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Rational ClearQuest, Rational ClearCase
• Experience with Concur T&E platform integrations
• Prior federal government or defense contractor project experience
