General Mission

The Senior Integrator is responsible for the proper functioning of instances within the context of client use. During the set-up phase, the Senior Integrator is in charge of installing solutions by performing configuration actions and managing interface projects with our clients' IT systems (PIM, DAM, etc.). During the run phase, the Senior Integrator is responsible for the proper functioning and maintenance of instances (version upgrades and minor evolutions). As a technical referent for the Customer Success teams, the Lead Integrator interfaces with other mobilized technical teams (Engineering, Delivery, etc.).

Main Responsibilities

Analysis

• Within the framework of set-up projects or evolution requests from Customer Success teams, the Senior Integrator qualifies configuration actions and specifies the necessary developments to meet needs.
• As such, they consolidate and transmit costing elements to the Customer Success teams.
• In case of anomalies during testing or production incidents, they implement a rigorous analysis process to identify the cause of the problem and resolve it permanently.

Rigor

• At each stage (specification, realization, testing), the Senior Integrator must pay attention to the slightest details to guarantee quality deliverables to our clients.
• They should not hesitate to challenge needs and guide Customer Success teams to find the right compromises.

Profile Sought

Technical Skills

• Experience with implementation projects for database-oriented solutions (MDM/PIM type) and/or workflow (BPM type)
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS
• Ability to switch between product mode and project mode
• Strong ability to understand technical subjects in order to effectively communicate them to teams
