Your Mission

  • Lateral leadership of a team of IVVQ engineers in the area of system integration (IVVQ = Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification)
  • Development and implementation of an integration strategy as well as adaptation of processes, methods, and tools
  • Close cooperation with project, system, and work package managers from all technical disciplines (hardware, software, cybersecurity)
  • Coordination of all on-site integration activities, including delivery management and coordination with facility management and internal departments
  • Identification and management of opportunities and risks as well as creation of regular reports and analyses

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Naturwissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise als Schwerpunkt) in der Integration von Systemlösungen aus verschiedenen Hardware- und Softwaresystemen in ein komplexes Gesamtsystem, sowie Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Verifikationskonzepten
  • Laterale oder disziplinarische Führungserfahrung, sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Verteidigung / Marine
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung gepaart mit konstruktiver, offener Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit (national und international)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch- oder Englisch (mind. Level C1)

Responsibilities

  • Laterale Führung eines Teams aus IVVQ-Ingenieuren im Bereich Systemintegration (IVVQ = Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Integrationsstrategie sowie Anpassung von Prozessen, Methoden und Werkzeugen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt-, System- und Work-Package-Managern aller technischen Fachbereiche (Hardware, Software, Cybersecurity)
  • Koordination aller Integrationsaktivitäten vor Ort, einschließlich Liefermanagement und Abstimmung mit Facility Management sowie internen Abteilungen
  • Identifikation und Steuerung von Chancen und Risiken sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte und Auswertungen
