Interim CFO

About

We are working with a growing Tech company looking to appoint an Interim CFO to support the business through its next phase of growth. The business is looking to professionalise and streamline their financial operations, as well as an upgrade on their tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and support the senior leadership team
• Manage cashflow, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support budgeting and planning processes
• Provide insight into SaaS metrics (ARR, revenue growth, margins)
• Assist with investor reporting and potential fundraising activity
• Introduce new processes, controls and systems
• Drive finance transformation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CFO or Finance Director
• Background in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
• Experience in fast-growing or PE/VC-backed environments preferred
• Hands-on and able to operate at both strategic and operational level
