We are seeking an experienced EHR / Clinical Systems Programme Director to lead the delivery, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise healthcare systems across a growing Private Equity-backed healthcare organisation.

This individual will oversee large-scale transformation programmes across multi-site EHR/EMR platforms, practice management systems, and clinical workflow transformation initiatives spanning clinics, ambulatory surgery centres, and hospital partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager to play a key role in shaping and modernising healthcare technology within a fast-growing organisation.

Responsibilities

• Leading enterprise-wide EHR / EMR implementation and transformation programmes
• Owning programme delivery, including timelines, budgets, vendor management, and executive stakeholder communication
• Driving clinical systems strategy and standardisation across multiple healthcare sites
• Managing implementation partners, system integrators, and third-party technology vendors
• Supporting operational and clinical teams through complex change and transformation initiatives
