For our client, we are looking for an Interim Marketing & Communication Manager to help elevate the organization's brand awareness. The organization is a retail organization in luxury consumer goods.

The interim manager is responsible for the marketing & communication activities of the company. He/she will execute the annual plan together with the marcom team of ⚠ people. If necessary, you will adjust the plan and strategy in consultation with the General Director.

You will be involved in planning, developing, and organizing advertising policy and campaigns to support sales. Furthermore, you will advise sales on strategy and campaigns to target the market effectively and make customers aware of the offering. Your tasks include, among others:

Responsibilities

• Managing the marcom team consisting of ⚠ people
• Managing the marketing budget
• Setting up and monitoring marketing strategy
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Setting up and following up on marketing campaigns
• Supporting the sales department by providing necessary materials
• Managing the website and social media accounts
• Writing (web) texts and press releases
• Monitoring the brand and improving brand awareness
• Organizing events

Qualifications

• A completed HBO/WO education in Marketing or Communication
• ⚠ years of demonstrable experience in an operational marketing role, preferably in retail
• You have several years of experience leading a team
• You have experience with e-commerce
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English
• Experience with content management systems and good knowledge of MS Office applications

Additional Information
