- Interim assignment of around 12 months, can be employed as an interim consultant with Bravura or via a sub‑consulting arrangement.
- Position: Interim Product Owner covering maternity leave.

- On‑site role based in Stockholm, requiring presence at the office during working days.

Responsibilities
- Take full product ownership of the integration platform and lead the product team with an agile mindset.
- Ensure continuity and stability while enabling ongoing development in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Plan, prioritize, communicate clearly, and ensure development moves forward according to the roadmap.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, break down requirements, and support the team in delivering solutions aligned with business needs.
- Serve as the platform’s internal ambassador, helping stakeholders understand capabilities and development plans.
Specific Tasks
- Prioritize and plan product development and backlog items.
- Lead and structure agile ceremonies and release planning.
- Translate business needs into clear product specifications.
- Remove obstacles that hinder progress toward release goals.
- Act as product ambassador and point of contact for stakeholders.
Education, Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product development or software development.
- Solid knowledge of agile product management.
- Experience working with Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Enterprise Application Integration concepts (e.g., ESB, SOA, Microservices).
- Strong communication skills and documentation experience.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Self‑driven, comfortable taking ownership, and capable of organizing and prioritizing work clearly.
- Ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, with an analytical approach to transform needs into actionable development.
- Team‑oriented, humble, constructive attitude, detail‑oriented while keeping the bigger picture in view.

- Salary / Hourly rate: According to agreement
