Interim Recruiter (m/w/d) – High Volume Blue Collar Recruiting (on-site)

Responsibilities

• Independent management and execution of the entire recruiting process for commercial (blue collar) positions in very high volume
• Close collaboration with specialist departments, team members, and on-site operational managers
• Utilization of classic and innovative recruiting channels for rapid filling of open positions
• Conducting applicant screenings, interviews, and selection processes
• Organization and support of applicant days and local recruiting activities
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience despite high case numbers
• Maintenance and documentation of all recruiting activities in the SAP SuccessFactors system
• Reporting of relevant KPIs and continuous optimization of processes

Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-volume commercial environment (e.g., production, logistics, retail)
• Experience in interim project work is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting module) – mandatory
• High presence and willingness to work on-site (crucial for the success of the role)
• Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work efficiently even under high pressure
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards specialist departments and candidates
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

Salary

EUR 36000 - 60000 per year
