Product Designer

Are you a designer who dreams in lighting, furniture, and decor, and loves turning spaces into experiences? Cohabs is looking for a creative, hands-on Product Designer to shape our homes worldwide. You’ll bring our brand identity to life, delight our members, and ensure every detail is perfect.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design new product collections (lighting, furniture, decor) that reflect Cohabs' identity and member needs.
• Create clear technical plans and specifications for Design, Project & Property teams.
• Balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget in every product decision.
• Transform member and internal feedback into actionable improvements .
• Develop product guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all houses.
• Collaborate with City, Project, Property, and Design teams to elevate and maintain product quality .
• Travel to our homes to audit, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Train operational teams on Cohabs' product DNA and processes.
• Structure product processes and documentation to ensure scalability and smooth execution.

What we’re looking for:

• Background in interior design, architecture, or product design with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experienced in creating technical plans & executing design projects.
• Strong eye for detail , aesthetics, and spatial composition.
• Comfortable with furniture, lighting, and carpentry design or sourcing.
• Hands-on , willing to visit sites to ensure quality and execution.
• Analytical mindset to interpret feedback, budgets, and performance metrics.
• A natural collaborator who connects teams and inspires honest feedback.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong design vision .
• Fluent in French & English, ready to travel across Europe & the US.
• Autonomous, organized, and thrives in managing multiple projects across departments.
