About the role
About the Project Manager Position
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly. In this role, you'll work closely with our Principal — helping manage schedules, communicating with clients on their behalf, and ensuring every project reflects the thoughtful, high-quality experience our clients expect.
If you thrive in a collaborative environment, love bringing order to busy creative spaces, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the friendly first point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants — setting the tone for great relationships from day one
- Help coordinate and schedule client meetings and site visits
- Prepare proposals, invoices, and purchase orders across all active projects
- Attend meetings, site visits, and occasional business development events
- Keep project documents, drawings, schedules, and physical samples well-organized and up to date
- Coordinate product deliveries and installation schedules
- Help keep projects on track and clients informed every step of the way
- Take meeting minutes as needed
- Pitch in on maintaining a tidy office and an organized sample library
- Manage the company email inbox with professionalism and discretion
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar support role in the Built Environment or Adjacent Industry
- Comfortable working with iOS, Google Suite, and project management software; experience with Studio Designer or a similar platform is a bonus!
- A natural communicator — both in writing and in person
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a knack for managing multiple priorities
- A calm, solutions-oriented presence who can handle pressure with grace and always puts client satisfaction first
- Someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and loves being part of a team
This is a hybrid, part-time role with some weekly time required at our Concord, MA office. We're excited to find someone who's as passionate about great design experiences as we are!
