Join our dynamic team as an Interior Design Project Manager and lead innovative interior design projects from concept to completion! In this energetic role, you will coordinate all phases of interior design projects, ensuring seamless execution that exceeds client expectations. 1 or more years of experience in home, bathroom, kitchen design is required.

Duties

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of interior design projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences to develop compelling design concepts.
  • Create detailed drawings and presentations using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Oversee procurement of materials.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers during renovation and construction phases to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct site visits for inspections, quality control, and progress updates; address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare comprehensive contracts, proposals, and documentation related to sales, remodeling projects, and construction work.
  • Lead client meetings to present designs, review progress, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in interior design project management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop & Creative Suite for drafting and visualization tasks.
  • Solid understanding of drafting techniques, colour theory, CAD standards, lighting design principles, and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Ability to navigate remodeling projects from initial concept through construction completion confidently.

Compensation

  • $45,000 to $55,000 plus commission
