Requirements
- Degree in any related field (BSC, HND, OND) (background in QS would be an advantage)
- 3-5 years work experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate artisans, labourers, and suppliers on site
- Ensure construction work aligns with building plans and specifications
- Monitor materials usage and report shortages or issues
- Enforce site safety and compliance standards
- Provide regular progress updates to management
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and phases
