Intermediate BI/Analytics Engineer

Overview

Our client requires an Intermediate BI/Analytics Engineer to build analytical data models and optimize query performance for business intelligence consumption.

Responsibilities

• Design dimensional models for Revenue and Customer analytics
• Optimize Redshift query performance and table design
• Create aggregate tables and materialized views
• Build semantic layers for BI tool consumption
• Support Revenue UAT testing and validation
• Document business rules and calculations

Must Haves

• 5+ years building analytical data models and marts
• Expert SQL and dimensional modeling skills
• Experience with Redshift performance optimization
• Background in business intelligence tools integration
• Understanding of airline metrics (RPK, ASK, load factor, yield)

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
• Knowledge of revenue management concepts
• dbt experience
