Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial/Business Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in a corporate or operational environment.
- Exposure to ERP systems, reporting tools, or data analysis platforms.
