Become an integral part of AtkinsRéalis as an Intermediate Electrical Engineer in Mississauga, ON. Work on exciting projects for Candu and nuclear power plants while supporting electrical systems design.
In this role, you'll engage with various phases of engineering, including conceptual and detailed design for nuclear power systems. You will coordinate with clients and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Execute engineering tasks under company procedures and standards
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and design teams
- Prepare technical documentation including engineering drawings
- Support procurement by creating requisitions or Engineering Quotation Requests
- Assist with field walk-downs and construction activities
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- PEO registration as a Professional Engineer
- 5-7 years of experience in nuclear power systems
- Proficient in applicable codes and standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
