Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial and operational reports
• Develop and distribute KPIs, scorecards, and stewardship reports
• Conduct detailed variance analysis and commentary
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
• Generate short and long-term forecasts as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of finance or analytical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• High proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools
