Intermediate Full Stack AI Developer

EScases Inc. is building AI-powered workforce and case management solutions that help organizations modernize employment services through intelligent automation, data insights, and AI-assisted workflows.

We are looking for an Intermediate Full Stack AI Developer with strong Microsoft stack experience who is excited to help build the next generation of AI-enabled applications using React, .NET, Azure, and Microsoft AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-enabled web applications using React, .NET (C#), and MSSQL
• Build and integrate AI-powered features, including:
  • Intelligent recommendations
  • AI-assisted workflows
  • Natural language interactions
  • Automated data processing and summarization
• Work with Microsoft Azure AI Services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Integrate and optimize LLM-based solutions using Microsoft’s AI framework and ecosystem
• Design scalable backend services and APIs for AI-driven applications
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and deploy new AI capabilities
• Ensure applications are secure, performant, and scalable

Requirements

• 2+ years of Full Stack development experience
• Strong experience with:
  • React
  • C# / .NET
  • Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience integrating APIs and cloud services
• Understanding of AI-assisted application development and modern AI tooling
• Familiarity with:
  • Azure AI Services
  • Azure Functions / App Services
  • AI copilots or LLM integrations
  • Prompt engineering concepts
  • AI workflow orchestration
• Experience working with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Passion for AI innovation and emerging technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with:
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Vector databases
  • AI chat interfaces
  • Semantic search
  • Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Exposure to AI governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices
• Experience building data-driven dashboards or analytics platforms

Salary Range

• $85k–$100k CAD
