.NET Developers

About the Role:

We are looking for two strong .NET Developers to join our Platinum team, working on POS (Point of Sale) and transaction-driven systems.

This role is suited to:

• An Intermediate .NET Developer
• A highly capable Junior ready to step up quickly

You’ll be working on real-world, high-usage systems where performance, reliability, and data accuracy are critical.

What Makes This Role Different:

• Work on POS and transaction-based systems
• Strong focus on SQL Server design, performance, and data integrity
• Exposure to live production systems used daily by clients
• Collaborative, supportive team with strong technical mentorship

Tech Stack:

• C# / .NET (This is the main requirement)
• SQL Server (database design, performance, optimisation)
• JavaScript
• REST APIs
• Git / Azure DevOps

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET-based POS and backend systems
• Build and enhance APIs and services
• Design and optimise SQL Server databases and queries
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance
• Work closely with team leads and stakeholders
• Contribute to stable, high-performance production environments

Must-Haves:

• Solid C# / .NET development experience
• Good understanding of SQL Server
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Strong attention to detail (important for transaction systems)

Other requirements:

• South African citizen
• Valid driver’s licence
• No criminal or fraud record
• Good credit record
