Drive the development of a major urban rail project as an Intermediate Systems Requirements Engineer in Ontario. Collaborate across teams to ensure systems compliance and effective requirements management.

In this role with WSP, you'll utilize your expertise in Systems Engineering and IBM DOORS Next Generation to administer project requirements. You will analyze and decompose requirements, ensuring alignment with collaborative design efforts. Managing requirements changes while maintaining traceability and compliance with external systems is crucial to the project’s success.

Responsibilities

• Administer project requirements repository using IBM DOORS NG
• Perform requirements analysis for rail design teams
• Ensure compliance linking requirements to design outputs
• Manage changes through the established Change Management process
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems or Electrical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles
• Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS NG
• Familiarity with railway systems is an asset
