As an Advisory & Experiences Intern, you will support client-facing teams in facilitating the adoption of Microsoft-enabled technologies, including AI, ERP, and CRM solutions, while gaining hands-on experience in organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management activities for AI-enabled workplace, ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 transformation programs
• Assist in assessing organizational readiness by gathering insights related to culture, processes, and ways of working
• Help develop stakeholder engagement and communication materials for diverse employee audiences
• Contribute to change impact assessments and adoption planning activities
• Support the design and delivery of training and enablement materials that help employees build confidence using new technologies
• Assist with tracking adoption, engagement, and feedback to understand what’s working and where adjustments are needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and experience design professionals
• Apply structured problem-solving, design thinking, and human-centered approaches to change planning
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and, when appropriate, client stakeholders

Skills

• Students in their final year (or near completion) of a Bachelor's degree in fields such as: Business, Management, Information Systems, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related disciplines
• Strong interest in organizational change, digital transformation, and consulting
• Curiosity about AI, modern workplace tools, and Microsoft technologies and how they create business value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in ambiguous environments
• Willingness to seek feedback, learn quickly, and take ownership of assigned work
