The Opportunity
As a Consolidation Analyst, you will join a human-sized team offering you the opportunity to work on various subjects.
You will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the group's financial consolidation operations (115 entities across 40 countries), ensuring the reliability and compliance of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards. You will play a key role in the reliability of consolidation processes and in supporting financial teams in their production.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Reconciliation and Consolidation: Proceed with monthly, semi-annual, and annual consolidation of subsidiary financial statements, respecting deadlines.
- Analysis and Control: Analyze consolidated accounts, identify and resolve anomalies, ensuring data quality. Participate in particular operations in impact studies on consolidated accounts and in determining appropriate financial strategies.
- Reporting Establishment: Prepare consolidated financial reports for management, ensure the drafting of all publications accompanying consolidated accounts (annual and semi-annual reports).
- Compliance with Standards and Application of Accounting Principle Changes: Ensure the compliance of consolidation operations with IFRS standards.
- Support and Training: Train and support subsidiary accounting teams in the consolidation process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement actions to optimize consolidation processes and analyses.
- Participate in the change of the information system.
- Be a privileged contact for statutory auditors.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of higher education, business school or equivalent university degree, ideally supplemented by an accounting qualification (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent).
- You are looking for a gap year internship between your M1 and M2.
- Aptitude for IFRS standards and good knowledge of accounting.
- Personal skills: rigor, analytical mind, attention to detail, autonomy, ability to communicate effectively with different teams. You enjoy playing a driving role in projects entrusted to you.
- Fluent English essential (B2 minimum)
