About

Responsibilities
- Support in the implementation of projects across various work areas, including definition of goals, milestone planning, risk and progress management.
- Preparation and support of workshops as well as documentation and coordination with stakeholders in Group Functions and Business Units.
- Participation in strategic initiatives
- Analysis and preparation of data as well as creation of dashboards and presentations for decision-makers.
- Further development of project governance through templates, playbooks, and KPIs.
- Coordination of external partners and service providers, where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, data/computer science, sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Clear and effective communication skills to present complex content understandably.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented work approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and interest in the energy industry.
- Negotiable German and English skills, other languages are an advantage.
