Job Summary

Interns gain experience in a specific field through guidance from coaches, mentors, sponsors, and their immediate supervisor, completing previously assigned daily tasks related to specific goals, attending meetings, and development opportunities. All interns complete a project related to their job responsibilities and career interests and present this live at the internship's completion. This is a HYBRID opportunity, must be able to come into the office in Manassas, VA or Hagerstown, MD a minimum of 1 - 3 days each week.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks that have been established as part of their goals for the internship
• Attend all required internship development opportunities and meetings
• Complete and present a project related to specific job responsibilities and career interests
• Assist and contribute to the team

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and software
• Ability to work 40 hours per week

Education and Experience

• Pursuing a degree in a related field to internship

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Hybrid position to be in office 1 - 3 days each week
• Ability to verbally communicate and exchange information
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
