About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate monthly sales commissions accurately and in a timely manner, with strict deadlines (no later than the 5th of each month), ensuring alignment with internal policies and approved compensation structures
- Prepare detailed commission reports for management, including breakdowns, justifications, and supporting data
- Manage payroll processing through the WPS (Wage Protection System), ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and timely salary disbursement
- Prepare, review, and issue client invoices, ensuring accuracy of amounts, contract terms, and payment schedules
- Monitor incoming payments, follow up on outstanding receivables, and maintain proper reconciliation of accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and supported by documentation
- Support monthly closing procedures, including preparation of internal financial reports and analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, management) to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, as part of daily interaction with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Internal Accountant, preferably within a consulting or service-based company in Dubai
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with WPS payroll processing (mandatory)
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

- Pay: AED 4,000.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month
