Internal Platform Engineer

About

We're looking for a Junior to Mid-level engineer with deep systems knowledge across backend services, integrations, data flows, and application logic. You've built internal platforms, shared services, or workflow systems adopted across multiple teams — not just end-user-facing features. You bring experience designing connectors, integration patterns, tool contracts, or context layers, and have developed AI systems for enterprise operations, compliance-sensitive workflows, or internal business processes. You use LLMs hands-on as part of your daily engineering toolkit and have sound judgment on where deterministic logic ends and model-driven behavior begins. You're well-versed in human review workflows, escalation paths, auditability, and operational safeguards. Above all, you work closely with teams to understand how work actually happens — not just what's written in a requirements doc.

Compensation

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
