Internal Sales Consultant (MO)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Required to communicate with customers in person, by phone or Email and provide quotations in line with customers’ requirements.
• Stay up to date with company’s product portfolio and market trends to confidently provide solutions to customers.
• Required to establish and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage the sales cycle and complete all necessary sales activities.
• Responsible for the processing of orders for customers and ensuring it’s followed through to the point of completion.
• Target driven and able to work under pressure.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12/ Matric (Compulsory)
• CompTIA, N+ required or other Networking related qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in a similar role
• Experience with a CRM system e.g. SAP
• Experience in the IT/ICT Industry would be advantageous
• Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or a Call Centre environment (advantageous)
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous(Degree or Diploma).
