About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide internal sales support to the external sales team
- Manage administrative processes and reporting
- Work extensively with Excel (graphs, data & numbers)
- Assist with client queries and ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in an Internal Sales / Administrative role
- Previous experience within the courier/logistics industry is essential
- Strong Excel skills (working with graphs, data & numbers)
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
