Duties & Responsibilities

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant university or college qualification
• Fully computer literate Microsoft Office email CRM systems AI tools advantageous
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans spoken and written
• Excellent telephonic etiquette and communication skills
• Own reliable transport
• Must be willing to work full time office based 08h00 to 17h00
• Clear criminal record
• Professional well presented and articulate
• Strong sense of reliability and responsibility

Experience Preferred but not essential

• Previous sales experience internal sales or tele sales
• Experience in customer service or client facing roles
• Experience in construction pool or related industries advantageous but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone email and WhatsApp
• Generate and follow up on quotes and leads
• Maintain and update client records
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
• Build long term relationships with clients and partners

Additional Advantages

• Basic understanding of digital tools and AI platforms
