Internal Sales Representative

A leading industrial solutions company is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to support customers, distributors, and external sales teams within a technical sales environment. The role focuses on preparing quotations, managing project-based orders, coordinating internally with operations teams, and providing professional customer support.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in internal sales within an industrial or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial valves and actuation systems
• Exposure to industries such as mining, water, oil & gas, power, or manufacturing
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and basic P&IDs advantageous
• Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations
• Strong order processing and project coordination experience
• Good understanding of project workflows and deadlines
• Strong computer literacy and experience working on ERP/CRM systems
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Detail-oriented, organised, and customer focused
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously
