For our Global Reputation Management Team in Cologne, we are looking for an International Digital Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Product Ownership, full-time and permanent, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Product Ownership for a digital product in a Scrum context
- Further optimization of this product
- Acting as an advocate for this product in an international context
- Management and coordination of international projects
- Interface function between national corporate communications departments and global corporate communications in the area of digital marketing
- Development and establishment of quality standards in the area of digital marketing and digital products
- Promotion of knowledge transfer and exchange of best practices
- Consulting, support, and training of DKMS units in the area of digital marketing and digital products
- Support and advice in the implementation of processes and creation of SOPs
- Support of the international Business Unit IT Coordinator
- Development and delivery of training for counterparts in our international units
Requirements
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree with a focus on Communication Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in an international work environment
- Experience as a Product Owner for a digital product
- Very good conceptual and project management skills
- Good knowledge of digital marketing processes (Front-End, Back-End)
- Very good intercultural competence as well as strong empathy, contact, and communication skills
- Good German and excellent English skills
- Willingness to travel and high flexibility
