Your Tasks

• Responsibility for product and portfolio management of the Special Batteries, Hearing Aid Batteries Retail, and Rechargeable Batteries categories
• Planning and implementation of product launches, product optimizations, and claimings, including roadmap, innovation, and product lifecycle management
• Conducting market, competitor, and performance analyses, and deriving growth-oriented measures
• Conception, briefing, and implementation of marketing, packaging, and sales documents, including e-commerce content
• Ensuring the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., battery regulation, product claims, compliance) for the responsible categories
• Collaboration with trade marketing and sales teams in 27 country organizations
• Representation of the categories in internal and external international meetings
• Close collaboration with internal and external interfaces, partners, and agencies

What You Bring

• Completed degree in business administration or economics with a focus on marketing, product management, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience (ideally at least 3 years) in international marketing or product management
• Prior knowledge in the product environment and in battery technologies is desirable
• Technical background or affinity for technology is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and sound know-how in SAP and EIS
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• High intercultural communication competence and very good presentation skills
• Commitment, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, responsible, and independent way of working
