Position Context

As part of the development of its Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) activities, SAF Aerogroup is strengthening its organization and recruiting an International Project Manager. The role is set within a demanding operational environment, at the heart of coordination, performance, and deployment of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

International HEMS Project Management

• Lead the deployment and structuring of HEMS operations across multiple countries.
• Coordinate operational stakeholders (aeronautical teams, technical teams, and institutional partners).
• Ensure compliance with operational and contractual standards.

Operational Structuring and Optimization

• Support the launch of new HEMS bases or activities.
• Optimize existing organizations (processes, operational performance, interfaces).
• Implement continuous improvement plans adapted to local constraints.

Client and Authorities Interface

• Manage relationships with public/private clients and local authorities.
• Contribute to the preparation and follow‑up of HEMS tenders.
• Ensure contractual compliance of operations.

Cross‑functional Management and Performance

• Monitor operational and contractual performance indicators.
• Identify risks and manage associated action plans.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management.

Profile

• Higher education degree (engineering, aeronautics, project management, or equivalent).
• Significant experience in international project management, ideally in a critical operational environment (aeronautics, HEMS, defense, emergency services).
• Strong understanding of aviation operations and regulated environments.
• Ability to operate in demanding and multicultural contexts.
• Leadership, rigor, accountability, and strong adaptability.
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
