We are a fast-growing job agency managing over 2000 openings per month across Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia, and we are expanding our recruitment team. We are looking for ambitious, results-oriented recruiters ready to make an impact from day one.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles (Sales, Customer Support, Operations)
• Source and engage candidates across multiple global markets
• Conduct structured interviews and assess both performance and cultural fit
• Build and manage high-volume candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with international clients and hiring managers
• Support candidates throughout the process, including relocation opportunities
• Work with KPIs and targets in a performance-driven environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting)
• Commercial mindset with the ability to engage and convert candidates
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
