About the role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Source, recruit and select technical candidates from South Africa for placement in the Netherlands
- Conduct intake interviews in English and Afrikaans
- Prepare and process candidate profiles for submission to clients
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards and personal networks
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment process from first contact to placement
- Support candidate onboarding and relocation processes
- Build and maintain partnerships with companies and relevant educational institutions
- Handle administrative processing within recruitment procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing or labour mediation
- Excellent command of both English and Afrikaans (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Affinity with engineering, technical or industrial environments is advantageous
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the Netherlands for the first 6 months is non-negotiable
