For our next expansion steps, we are looking for a person with recruiting experience, a good sense for people, and confident interview skills in German and English.
Your Responsibilities
- Active sourcing for international roles as well as within Germany
- Processing incoming applications
- Managing the entire recruiting process: from job posting to the final hiring process
- Independently conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates
- Structured communication with candidates and close coordination with management
- Support in meetings with management in the context of international expansion
Your Profile
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, reliable, and meticulous way of working
- Analytical understanding and the ability to identify and actively propose suitable candidates
- Enjoyment of working with people and enthusiasm for international growth
