Your Role

For our next expansion steps, we are looking for a person with recruiting experience, a good sense for people, and confident interview skills in German and English.

Your Responsibilities

• Active sourcing for international roles as well as within Germany
• Processing incoming applications
• Managing the entire recruiting process: from job posting to the final hiring process
• Independently conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates
• Structured communication with candidates and close coordination with management
• Support in meetings with management in the context of international expansion

Your Profile

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international environment
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Structured, reliable, and meticulous way of working
• Analytical understanding and the ability to identify and actively propose suitable candidates
• Enjoyment of working with people and enthusiasm for international growth
