**Missions** We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter (sales assistant) to join our teams in Paris.

Our growing team is looking to strengthen its IT recruitment division.

**Responsibilities**: Your role will be to support the Business Manager in staffing positions for our clients. In this context, you will:

- You will also follow the sales cycle in collaboration with the Business Manager and be involved in generating and reporting sales leads.

**This role will provide you with**:

- A strong understanding of the ERP market and IT consulting. - A comprehensive view of how large-scale IT projects are executed. - Extensive international experience (working in a highly multicultural team and daily interactions with international consultants). - Solid experience in recruitment and negotiation.

**Your profile**:

- Graduate of higher education. - Fluent in English - Excellent oral and written expression - The desire to develop your potential. You want to succeed and are eager to learn. - Ability to work in a team.
