About the role

As a Senior Consultant Market Activation Manager at Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu India LLP, your role will involve leading business readiness activities for digital transformation programs, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and program management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead all business readiness activities for individual release of new features, including training and support for markets - Produce internal and external communications, training materials, migration, and implementation approach definition - Ensure compliance with relevant in-country regulatory approvals and lead go/no-go governance activities - Manage a team of direct reports comprising Digital Market Activation Analysts - Set the direction and manage a team of allocated Digital Market Activation Analysts - Define the best pilot and implementation approach using data and insights from previous rollouts - Create assets underpinning implementation approach with tailored data and insights for the market - Produce daily Hypercare reporting post-launch to track customer response, operational and technical performance, and optimize future launches - Manage implementation activities, live proving, and running Hypercare meetings for successful delivery of digital releases - Facilitate creation of content and delivery of trainings to Frontline staff for new feature releases - Support markets and value streams in delivering WPB digital initiatives and features enablement to realize intended business benefits and OKRs
