Mission Context

To complete our team on a mission within the IT department of a major player in the canton of Geneva, we are looking for two Senior Technical Integration Designers to work on application platforms and associated AI services.

The Integration Service (INT), to which you will be attached, orchestrates the transition from development to production, automates operations, and operates within a DevSecOps framework, ensuring high service levels and optimal operability of application systems, including critical ones.

In a context of increased industrialization of digital services and the emergence of solutions integrating Artificial Intelligence, particularly Large Language Models (LLM), the position includes the responsibility of designing, integrating, and operating AI components as full application assets, while respecting the security, performance, compliance, and service continuity requirements specific to cantonal administration.

Mission

As a Senior Technical Integration Designer, you will be responsible for the design of integration, operational, and industrialization assets, including for application solutions integrating AI/LLM components.

You will ensure the operability, security, and quality of production deployments, and support project and Run teams in adopting these new technologies.

Main Activities

• Design integration and operational assets for systems
• Integrate and configure applications within a DevSecOps framework
• Create technical and application implementation diagrams
• Support vendors in application installation
• Estimate workloads and cost integration activities
• Ensure production deployment, maintenance, and level 2 support
• Participate in technological watch, practice industrialization, and continuous improvement
• Intervene in pre-production to ensure the transition to operations
• Participate in on-call duties and interventions outside standard hours

Important Activities

• Design and integrate application solutions, including those integrating AI/LLM components
• Define and implement operability, monitoring, and security measures for integrated solutions
• Industrialize application and AI deployments within a DevSecOps/MLOps framework
• Evaluate and manage operational risks related to AI solutions
• Provide level 2 support and maintain operational conditions

Your Profile

• Education: You have a degree from an HES, a bachelor's degree in computer science, an EPF engineering degree, or a master's degree in computer science.

• Mandatory Skills (6+ years):

  • In-depth knowledge of IT production and application architectures
  • Ability to integrate complex applications autonomously
  • Mastery of DevSecOps principles and automated deployment tools
  • Coordination of engineers and facilitation of technical teams
  • Good command of Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments

• AI / LLM Skills - Important:

  • Understanding of architectures for solutions integrating LLMs (RAG, AI APIs, AI platforms)
  • Integration and operation of AI services in on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environments
  • Implementation of MLOps practices: CI/CD, model versioning, and rollback
  • Monitoring and logging of AI services (performance, costs, volume)
  • Awareness of AI risks: security, functional drift, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance

• Appreciated Skills (2+ years of experience):

  • Operation of packaged software, ETL, software platforms, Cloud services (IAAS/PAAS, vRealize)
  • Archimate modeling, iServer tool
  • Access management: WAM F5
  • Monitoring of containerized solutions: Prometheus, Grafana
  • Load testing and diagnostics: Performance Center, Dynatrace
  • APIfication of technical solutions
  • Automation of integration tests: Robot Framework
