Manage inventory with precision as an Inventory Specialist. Engage in stock management, item processing, and quality assurance within an organized warehouse environment. This role focuses on the accurate handling of inventory at the storeroom and maintenance center. You will be responsible for receiving items, processing returns, and ensuring records are maintained in SAP. Attention to detail and effective communication are crucial in supporting operational goals and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers
• Pack and dispatch items for various stakeholders
• Handle Stock Transfer Orders for inventory movement
• Maintain Return Material Authorization procedures
• Audit inventory records for accuracy

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse or storeroom functions
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
• IT literacy, especially in MS Office
• A-levels or similar qualification
