Responsibilities

As the Inventory Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring products move seamlessly from supplier to customer. You’ll combine analytical brilliance with operational expertise to keep stock levels optimized, costs controlled, and processes running smoothly.

• Inventory Forecast system: System optimization creating an effective tool which integrates several core elements to move from a reactive stock management to a proactive stock management strategy.
• Excel Mastery: Build advanced models, automate reporting, and create dashboards that give real-time clarity on inventory performance.
• Mathematical Insight: Apply forecasting, demand planning, and optimization techniques to balance supply and demand.
• Supplier Strategy: Negotiate, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships to secure the best terms and reliability.
• Warehouse Coordination: Partner with warehouse operations teams to streamline receiving, storing, and dispatching processes.
• Cost Control: Reduce holding costs, manage slow-moving stock, and maximize profitability.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Uphold best practices and regulatory standards in inventory management

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Advanced level command of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot).
• A strong academic or professional background in mathematics, statistics, or quantitative analysis.
• Proven ERP experience in inventory management or operations.
• Analytical sharpness, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and drive efficiency.
