How You Will Make An Impact

• Manage accounting activities for fixed income investments, ensuring accurate recording across multiple accounting bases
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules tied to month-end and quarter-end close
• Analyze system-generated outputs to validate accounting treatment and identify discrepancies
• Support internal and external financial reporting under US GAAP and statutory requirements
• Execute SOX controls and ensure compliance across assigned accounting processes
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support reporting timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally within investment or fixed income accounting
• Strong experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Proven background in account reconciliations and journal entry preparation
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Oracle Financials, TM1, or PAM is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex accounting issues
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
