How You Will Make An Impact
- Manage accounting activities for fixed income investments, ensuring accurate recording across multiple accounting bases
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules tied to month-end and quarter-end close
- Analyze system-generated outputs to validate accounting treatment and identify discrepancies
- Support internal and external financial reporting under US GAAP and statutory requirements
- Execute SOX controls and ensure compliance across assigned accounting processes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support reporting timelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally within investment or fixed income accounting
- Strong experience with month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Proven background in account reconciliations and journal entry preparation
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Oracle Financials, TM1, or PAM is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex accounting issues
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
