Investment Analyst

The Role

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the full deal lifecycle, providing support on strategic advisory, fundraising, and sell-side M&A transactions. This is a hands-on position at the heart of the investment process, offering exceptional exposure and career development.

Responsibilities

• Appraise new deal opportunities, produce investment memos and presentations, and contribute meaningfully to team capacity
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial and cost models to evaluate new opportunities and monitor existing portfolio performance
• Conduct initial screening of investment opportunities and perform due diligence on approved transactions
• Collect, analyse and report on the financial performance of portfolio companies
• Engage confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Recently qualified Big 4 / Top 6 accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong academics and a high-performance rating (0-1 PQE)
• Background in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services preferred
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow within a dynamic PE environment

Remuneration:

Current Salary, Bonus 40% to 70%, Pension and Health Insurance.
