Investment Analyst

About the Role:

As an Investment Analyst, you will support the full investment lifecycle, from initial screening through ongoing portfolio monitoring. You will build and maintain financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, and provide data-driven insights that inform asset allocation and security selection. Your work will help optimise portfolio performance and manage risk across a diversified investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models to evaluate potential and existing investments.
• Perform discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and other valuation techniques to assess intrinsic value and return potential.
• Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Support portfolio analysis and optimisation, including scenario testing, sensitivity analysis, and risk/return assessment.
• Prepare clear, concise investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio holdings and market developments, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
