Responsibilities

• Support M&A and financing activities
• Support post-acquisition integration
• Support project valuations
• Support value creation and decision-making processes
• Support the identification, analysis, and execution of acquisition and investment opportunities
• Lead due diligence workstreams
• Independently manage financial models and valuations
• Prepare decision papers for investment committees
• Play a key role in value creation within NeXtWind's operational portfolio
• Prepare decision documents for NeXtWind's decision-makers, including management, investment committee, and supervisory board
• Support the analysis and optimization of debt financing options
• Support the development of a fully integrated internal database

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience as an Analyst/Associate in Investment Banking or as an Analyst/Manager in a company in the Renewable Energy, Utility, or Consulting sector, with a strong focus on financial modeling and valuation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and proven expertise in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills in German (native speaker) and English (fluent), both written and spoken.
