Investment Analyst (Junior Associate) at Capitaltrust Nigeria | Jobberman

Responsibilities: • Analyze financial statements and prepare financial models for investment decision-making • Carryout market analysis to understand the key players, competition, and Market trends • Conduct macroeconomic, regulatory, and operational assessments • Provide sector analysis of priority areas for investment • Develop valuation models • Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing to examine impacts on valuation • Prepare 100-day post-investment plans and value creation plans, working in conjunction with management teams • Prepare investment memos and presentations describing each prospect, its management structure, competitive landscape, and financial forecasts. • Investment rationale and value creation strategies • Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution • Carryout monitoring and periodic evaluation of portfolio companies • Provide support for fundraising and exit transactions • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization. Requirements: • Minimum BSC • 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
