Responsibilities

• Analysis and evaluation of real estate investments throughout the entire investment process
• Creation of financial models, business plans, and investment calculations
• Support in acquisition reviews and due diligence processes
• Preparation of investment proposals and decision-making bases for management
• Market and location analyses to identify attractive investment opportunities
• Participation in the structuring of transactions and financing
• Interface function with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• Completed degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration, or comparable
• Initial relevant experience in Real Estate Investment, Transaction, or Private Equity environment
• Analytical, structured, with high initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Proficient in Excel and ideally experience in financial modeling
• Good understanding of real estate markets and economic contexts
• Strong affinity for numbers and high attention to detail
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
