- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and company due diligence.
- Assist in managing client relationships and project execution.

- Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors during transactions.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions relevant to M&A activities.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all deliverables.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
